The AAP-PR goals are to:
*Develop a communication net for Pediatricians with the purpose to maintain effective communication so this group of leaders, may resolve the challenges they face in every day clinical pediatric practice.
*Motivate all Pediatricians to become advocates in all issues which affect the physical, emotional and intellectual welfare of the Pediatric population.
*Develop educational activities which help Pediatricians to continue to deliver high quality health care.
*Promote collaboration between Pediatricians and other organizations and agencies working toward the wellbeing of children.
